Send a deletion request
No Shelf Control is operated by Inovent.Ai LLC. To request deletion, email support@inovent.ai, preferably from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject No Shelf Control data deletion request.
- Include the email address associated with your No Shelf Control account.
- Tell us whether you want to delete your entire account and associated data or delete specific data. For a specific request, describe the data you want removed.
If the button does not open an email app, copy support@inovent.ai into your preferred email service and send the request there. You do not need to sign in to this website or reinstall the app.
Opening the email link does not send a request or delete any data. Review and send the email to submit your request. Do not include your password, payment-card details, or sensitive identity documents.
What happens next
We review your request and may ask you to verify ownership of the account before taking action. If you cannot access your account email, explain that in your message so we can discuss verification. We will communicate with you by email and respond within applicable legal time limits.
Deleting an account is permanent and removes your access to it. A request to delete specific data does not by itself ask us to close your whole account; we will clarify any impact on the service before processing it.
What account deletion removes
- Your sign-in account and profile.
- Your personal library associations, reading notes, ratings, and chat messages.
- Your club memberships, account-linked invitations and notification records.
- Your account’s purchase entitlement and uploaded book-cover files through the account-deletion process.
Deleting your entitlement does not automatically refund a purchase. Request any refund through the Apple App Store or Google Play where you purchased, subject to applicable store policies and law.
What may remain
Shared book catalog entries and club or meetup records may remain for other participants. Club administration and ownership of surviving shared records may be reassigned. Other people may retain copies of content they previously received.
Backup copies, support correspondence, and records needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or disputes may be retained for those purposes. Retention depends on the record and the applicable obligation; we do not promise a single deletion deadline for every system. We will explain applicable exceptions when responding to your request.
Apple, Google, and other independent providers may retain records under their own policies. Events already synchronized to your calendar may also remain on your device or with your calendar provider; you can remove them there.
For more on data categories, advertising, retention, and your rights, read our Privacy Policy. Questions or concerns about a request can be sent to support@inovent.ai.
